This MacBook Neo Prize Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by the entity identified in Section 2 below (the "Sponsor"). By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. This Promotion is intended for participation within the State of California only and shall be construed in accordance with California law.

The Sponsor of this Promotion is Delta Zap Inc, 123 State Route 33 E, Manalapan, NJ 07726, 640-250-2331, mark@deltazap.com.

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of California who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor;
• Employees of any parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, advertising agency, promotional agency, or fulfillment vendor associated with the Promotion;
• Immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of any of the foregoing individuals; and
• Household members of any of the foregoing individuals, whether or not related.

Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Eligibility is subject to verification prior to prize award. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements or who is found to have tampered with the entry process.

The Promotion begins on September 23, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on September 26, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer or event registration system is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

There are two (2) methods of entry. Each eligible individual may submit only one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

iPad Registration at Event

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter in person at The Network Show at AltaSea at the Port of Los Angeles, 2451 S Signal St, San Pedro, CA 90731 (the "Event") by completing the registration form on a Sponsor-provided iPad station. Entrants must provide their full legal name, valid email address, phone number, and California zip code, and must confirm eligibility by checking the required acknowledgment box. Completed in-person registrations will be recorded electronically at the time of submission.

Online Entry via Landing Page

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter online by visiting the official Promotion landing page located at https://www.pufflamerch.com (the "Landing Page") and completing all required fields in the entry form, including full legal name, valid email address, phone number, and California zip code. Entrants must check the eligibility confirmation box and click the "Submit" button to complete their entry. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Online entries must be received by the Sponsor's server no later than the end of the Promotion Period. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

• Limit of one (1) entry per person during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.
• Multiple entries from the same individual, email address, or household will result in disqualification of all entries from that individual.
• Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to limit entries in the event of suspected fraud or abuse.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• One (1) Apple MacBook Neo (configuration to be determined at Sponsor's discretion) with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $699.

The prize will be fulfilled by the Sponsor or a designated fulfillment vendor. The prize is awarded as-is with no warranty, express or implied, beyond any manufacturer's warranty that may accompany the product. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of the prize is permitted by the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to supply chain constraints or product discontinuation.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, as well as any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description. A Form 1099 or other required tax documentation may be issued to the winner if the ARV meets applicable IRS reporting thresholds.

Selection. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or a designated representative within thirty (30) calendar days following the close of the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted using a method designed to ensure each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

Notification. The potential winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached within ten (10) calendar days of the first notification attempt, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries using the same random drawing process. The Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications due to spam filters, changed contact information, or other technical issues.

Verification. The potential winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release within ten (10) calendar days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to return the completed affidavit within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

By entering, each participant agrees to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of the Sponsor;
• Release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize;
• Grant the Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, general geographic location, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; and
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion in whole or in part if, in the Sponsor's judgment, a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such event, the Sponsor may select a winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

• Tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
• Violates these Official Rules;
• Acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner; or
• Attempts to enter using multiple identities, email addresses, or any automated system.

The Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any technical failures or malfunctions of any telephone network, computer system, server, internet service provider, or other technology used in connection with the Promotion;
• Incomplete, garbled, or delayed entry transmissions;
• Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion;
• Any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize;
• Any typographical, printing, or other errors in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related materials; or
• Any combination of the above.

Governing Law. This Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Official Rules that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") then in effect. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Class Action Waiver. BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING in connection with any dispute arising from this Promotion. All disputes must be brought in the entrant's individual capacity only.

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, notifying and fulfilling the prize to the winner, and complying with applicable legal requirements. The Sponsor will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://deltazap.com/privacy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described herein and in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. The Sponsor will not sell personal information collected through this Promotion to third parties.

By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor and its affiliates may use the contact information provided at the time of entry (including email address, phone number, and mailing address) to send the entrant marketing, promotional, and other informational materials about the Sponsor's products, services, events, and future promotions.

Opt-Out. Receipt of such materials is optional, not a condition of entry or winning. Entrants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in any marketing email; replying "STOP" to any marketing text message; or contacting the Sponsor at the address or email listed in Section 2 and requesting removal from the Sponsor's marketing list. Opt-out requests will be processed promptly, and entrants who opt out will remain fully eligible to win the Promotion. The Sponsor will honor opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Entrants may continue to receive transactional communications (such as winner notification) that are necessary to administer the Promotion.

To request a copy of the winner's name and prize information, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address listed in Section 2, with the subject line "MacBook Neo Prize Promotion — Winner Request." Requests must be received within ninety (90) calendar days following the close of the Promotion Period.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and the Sponsor with respect to this Promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
